We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs. Sizes range from 5×5, or 25 square feet, to 15×40, or 600 square feet. Determining the right size is easy with the help of our online storage calculator. Climate control is a feature that we offer at our facilities. Our climate controlled units maintain a temperature of 55 to 85 degrees. This feature helps protect your stored belongings from the extreme temperatures.


Rent is due the first day of each month. After the 5th day of the month a late charge is assessed to the account.


No, the rent is prorated by day so you only pay for the days you are in the unit to the end of the month. For example a unit rents for $30 and you move in on the 16th – rent would be $15 or $1 for each day to the end of the month.


There is a month to month lease agreement that is required to be completed prior to move in.


No hidden fees and no deposit; just a one-time $20 administration fee.


You will have access from 6am to 10pm, 7 days a week.


The minimum stay length is 1 month or 30 days. After that you are free to stay as long as you want.


We give you the flexibility up to 10 days in advance to help you plan ahead.


If the move in is done after hours or on the weekend you will have access the next business day as we will have to confirm the move in first. If move in is completed during business hours, confirm by calling the office at 937-372-4400 for immediate access.


The truck rental is available to anyone renting a 10×10 storage unit or larger within 30 days of start date and to be used during business hours within the local area. We must schedule the four hour truck rental and complete the truck paperwork. Please call for more details.


Yes, we offer active duty military discount of 10% and a veteran discount of 5%. Military ID is required for verification. We also offer prepay discounts, 5% off if prepaying for 6 months and one month free if paying for 11 months. Move in specials available – ask for details!


Yes, please call one of the after hour cell numbers if after business hours or schedule through the office at 937-372-4400 during business hours.

We take great pride in protecting your belongings and strive to provide state-of-the-art security. We feature electronic doors and gate system with coded access, 24 hour camera surveillance, fenced and well-lit facilities, LED lighting, access hours of 6AM-10PM, individual keypad monitoring, and you have the only keys to your unit.


We have an electronic gate/door system which can only be opened by a security code that is assigned to each individual tenant. The code allows us to control and monitor who is entering and exiting the facility.


Insurance is an optional purchase. Sometimes you are covered with either your home or renters insurance policy (please check with your insurance agency). We don’t require you to purchase insurance but we do offer it should you need it.


Roll-up doors are the most common door in self-storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward, similar to the motion of a garage door. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space.


A drive up unit is an outside unit, located at the facility that gives you the ability to unload and load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck.


The business hours are the operation hours for the property. During these hours the storage Specialist will be able to assist you with your storage needs. The access hours are the hours when you can access your unit.


It is a month-to-month lease and due each month on the first. We offer Auto-pay with all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), debit card or checking account as well as online payments. You can stop in during business hours and pay with cash, check, money order, debit card or credit card in person. You can also mail check or money order to our main office 1855 Bellbrook Ave, Xenia OH 45385.


Any transaction by which tangible personal property is or is to be stored in Ohio is subject to sales tax. This includes any holding of a consumer’s tangible personal property for which there is a charge.


Yes, we offer a limited supply of common needed items for storage. Such as locks, boxes, and mattress covers. If you need more specialty moving supplies we suggest calling 1-800-Uhaul for the closest U- Haul supply location or visit www.uhaul.com.
