Our unit was in Xenia, non climate controlled. Clean facilities, easy to contact if ever needed. When I needed a larger unit the woman helping me was very friendly and efficient and got us switched over. The pricing is very affordable. Highly recommend for all your storage needs

People are very friendly and helpful. This is the second time I used the Xenia location and wasn’t disappointed. I used the climate controlled lockers and felt my belongings were secure and safe. Lockers were easy to access and clean. Highly recommend Xenia self storage.

Indoor storage is great, no problems accessing or getting our vehicle. No issues with rodents/mice now that it’s indoors. I still winterized it but don’t have to worry about sun damage or freezing temperatures. Autopay is great and I don’t have to worry, good security as well.

Hi, Xenia Self Storage has been excellent with me for several years. There have been times I needed to extend payment dates, and have been able to get the grace I needed, and therefore have not taken advantage of this by overextending my needs. Due to their loyalty and customer service, I've been able to stay a consistent customer for longer than I expected the storage need. They're very patient and kind.

Great place with great service. We use them every summer for college student furniture.

Very well maintained. Well built. Staff was very helpful when I left the truck lights on and ran the battery down and couldn't get it started. Attendant tried to get me help, owner came back after leaving for the day and gave me a jump. I'm not a customer, I was picking up a purchase so getting a tow truck in would have been impossible since it's a coded gate entrance.

I've had a storage unit for over 6 years and can't complain about one thing. It's well lit at night, and it's always clean.

Very nice storage units with security gates and round the clock surveillance. Climate controlled units and from what I understand they have regular visits to prevent outbreaks of critters of filth (roaches,bed bugs,mice)

The facility is secure and dry. The employees were friendly and helpful. The system they have set up is flexible and easy. I highly recommend them.

Great Customer Service, very clean unit

I just had double hip replacement and had my youngest child (a mother of premature one year old twins) have to move on the fly and we needed affordable storage fast. We called and got Holly and she is so friendly, helpful and kind. So, I sent hubby to go pay and sign for it as I couldn't go. So, we did this mid month, and a couple weeks went by and I get a text that we were late paying. Here I'm thinking hubby put it on card and it would bill each month and I'd get an email. Well, being only a couple weeks in I had nobidea we were late or that rent is due the 1st for everyone. Perfect, now I've got it. Keep reminding self...'don't forget to pay it on the first' and here we are today, talking about taking a table to the unit and it hits me like a brick.. Today is June 4th!!! I forgot again. I will pay a late fee happily and apologize all over myself and Holly will be the angel that she is. *Note to self: ask about Bill pay or auto payments....anyway, this is one reason I like their facility and people. They are kind and helpful 😊 ☺️ Great service 👍
